The fabulous front desk staff and both day and night crews were very friendly. The only problem we encountered was that the restaurant ran out of coffee, which was kind of important at six o'clock in the morning.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The hotel had a great front desk staff, always smiling no matter what time of day.

I am very likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Bloomington Normal.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the main parts of town. It has clean rooms. The Shakespeare Festival is less than one mile away.

I am very likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Bloomington Normal.
