Courtyard by Marriott Beachwood Hotel

This is a brand new Marriott and it is the nicest place to stay in the area. It is close to Chagrin Blvd. and the highway. I definitely recommend it for people who need to be close to Beachwood.

It's an excellent facility with clean, modern, spacious rooms and flat panel TVs. The breakfast buffet is reasonably priced. The maid staff is excellent, but the pool and work out facility are very tiny. It is highly recommended and I will stay here again if in the area.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Having space in the room to move around and not trip over the bed goes a long way in making me feel at ease. Not only does it give me elbow room, but allows for others to visit without making me feel like I'm inviting them into my bedroom.

We like the location of this hotel and we have stayed there several times. It has always been a good experience.

The hotel was extremely clean! The bed was very comfortable! The location is great, with easy access to I-271 and Beachwood Mall and a multitude of restaurants. They had numerous amenities, like a swimming pool, fitness center, in-house restaurant and a business center with computers, fax machines and printers. The price was comparable to other nearby hotels that were, in my opinion, comparable to or less comparable than what Courtyard by Marriott hotel provided. The front desk agent could have been more professional. The other front desk agents were very nice, though. Also, the vending machines were not kept fully stocked, and the prices were rather high! Other than these issues, the Courtyard by Marriott hotel was the cleanest and one of the most pleasant and reasonably-priced hotels I have ever stayed at.

This hotel made me feel excited: They gave me a clean bathroom! They offered a lot of amenities. They had ice and vending machines on every floor.

I thought the hotel was very nice and very comfortable. I felt like I was staying at five star hotel with the way I was treated.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Everything was taken care of and I did not have to worry about anything while I was there.
