They are consistent in service at all their locations.

This hotel made me feel respected: I felt respected there because they used proper terms of address, polite but efficient, no idle chatter, no needless platitudes. All staff were knowledgeable of the property and were very courteous. These are things that would demand of a more expensive property, but were pleasant niceties for.

Room was not cleaned on day two and three as expected. We paid the same for 3 nights--but the maid service only provided a minor attempt at cleanup.
