Courtyard by Marriott Arlington Hotel

Horrible customer service. Staff will not listen to customer even if they have a valid complaint. No one will give you the name of the manager on the weekend and if you want to talk to one, you must wait until the work week.

Room was clean. Room keys do not always open outside doors. Security and safety is a big concern since the location is right off Highway 30.

I liked that it was fifteen minutes to DFW. There were several restaurants nearby.

The room was clean, but the pool was cold.

It is close to the ballpark at Arlington. We could walk to the game or ride the train. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was great at having information about locations and attractions in the area.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We arrived early, before check-in time, but they allowed us to check in anyway. The cleaning staff serviced our room early so we could change and get ready for some planned activities. I have come to expect this kind of treatment at Courtyard.
