I asked for and received 1 hour late checkout. This was good. My key expired at the regular checkout time and locked me out. I had to go to the front desk to reprogram the key. This was bad. The key should have been extended automatically when I was granted the late checkout.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: They have good pool facilities and a nice sofa in the room.
