Courtyard by Marriott Ann Arbor Hotel - Page 1

The hotel was close to our destination. The breakfast buffet was great. The elevator was too slow. The rooms were bigger then expected.

This hotel made me feel practical: The breakfast buffet was quick and ready when I needed to leave. The business services were available twenty four hours and they were free.

It is located near lots of restaurants and shops. It is convenient to the highway and easy to find. It is easy to get to downtown Ann Arbor from the hotel.

They had a friendly and quick reception. The bed was more comfortable than I expected. We were only there for one night, but we will stay again when we return to Ann Arbor.

This hotel made me feel secure: The room was away from the main lobby. The parking lot was well lighted and the room had three locks.

I had a little trouble finding it, but it was worth the effort. It was a beautiful hotel with large, well-appointed, and nicely decorated rooms. The restroom was immaculate. The front desk staff was very helpful in finding me a pizza for supper! The setting of the hotel was lovely and the staff was very friendly. I hope to stay there again soon.

This hotel made me feel important: I was greeted as I walked in the front door by a very friendly desk attendant. He was quite familiar with the process of booking and took care of the check-in quickly and efficiently. When I called to ask about getting a pizza, the attendant recommended a near-by pizzeria, and even looked up the number for me. He was also quite helpful in helping me attempt to resolve a car problem I was having.

The hotel is always clean and convenient for my travel needs.
