The location was excellent for us. The room was very clean and the view of six flags was great. We stayed for 1 week and was very pleased with every thing.

The hotel was like all other Courtyards, clean, set up pretty nice. It was located right across the street from an amusement park, so there were lots of families and kids in the hotel (especially at the crowded pool). You could hear the screams of the roller coaster riders every time the roller coaster ran, but nothing that would really keep you from sleeping unless you're very sensitive. The hotel was right off the highway and convenient to hop back on the road. There were not many good places to eat nearby, though, only a Carl's Jr. And bummer! The Courtyard has a breakfast but you have to pay extra for it (like $8 or $9, if I remember correctly.) The room itself was sufficient, clean and everything. There was a line at the front desk most of the times we passed by, so you had to wait a couple of minutes some times.

This particular one we stayed at was great because it is right across the street from Marine World in Vallejo; it was very convenient. Holiday Inn is pretty consistent as far as what one can expect when staying with them.
