Convenience.Staff helpful but directions to church/restaurant need updating. Good place to stay if visiting the Washington/Baltimore area. Centrally located to both and a 10 minute drive to the nearest train station.

Only about ten minutes from the Silver Spring Metro station.Ice machine was broken on the 2nd floor. Good location and neighborhood and just minutes from the Silver Spring metro. This would be a great hotel for business in the DC area.

It was a Courtyard.The room on the second day was not cleaned right. This hotel is not a easy location to get to. When I came back on the second day, they left dirty diapers on the floor, used water in the ice bucket and the tub had not been clean....

Enjoyed the hotel very much clean, gym and pool.Location of restaurants. Enjoyed the amenities of the hotel (pool, gym, computer/office area), location convenient, very clean. All parties stated they would stay here again.
