Lovely hotel, beautiful rooms, very quiet and great location. The room had a very nice comfortable bed with a well designed credenza which contained a refrigerator. They provide free Internet computers in the lovely hotel lobby. Nice fireplace too.
This Courtyard features complimentary coffee which was available Friday morning. But Saturday, the free coffee was not available, the clerk was nasty and said, "Use the coffee maker in room." Well I did, and it tasted like rotten lemons! BITTER! They have no business featuring complimentary coffee if they cannot get their lazy workers there to make it. Those knuckleheads were 60 minutes late preparing the coffee!
This morning when I checked out, the TV checkout system was BROKE!

The central location was great although it was difficult to find the entrance to the lobby. They should tell guests how to find the entrance when they reserve. The beds and linens were exceptional. The rooms are listed as having a refrigerator and microwave but they have to be requested. The front desk staff was more than nice! We ate breakfasts only but they were excellent, one of the best breakfasts we've ever had. We stayed here twice within two weeks and both experiences were very good.
The room temperature controls were convenient and worked. The beds and linens were exceptional.

It’s close to my work, very comfortable, close to food, shops, and entertainment. I love the gym. It’s very comfortable and has a friendly staff. I don't like the fact that there is no direct entrance.

Generally, Courtyards provide a good value, nice rooms and locations close to where I need to be. It's nice to have some kind of breakfast on site. I have preferred them when on pleasure trips and now include them for business.
