We have already communicated this to Marriott directly, but it was our best lodging experience ever. The staff went above and beyond making our visit to San Francisco wonderful. We were visiting for our First Anniversary and the staff exceeded with personal touches and an upgrade of our room.
They included a small wine bottle with glasses and some snacks in the room with a personal, handwritten note of welcome and congratulations. They made sure the delivered flowers were presented in the room after being delivered to the front desk earlier in the day.
I am very likely
to return to the Courtyard San Francisco Airport/Oyster Point Waterfront.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Great lobby/restaurant layout, lovely outdoors on water.Took too long to check in. Fire alarm went off 1/2 hr long. Very nice, clean, pretty, beautiful view with water. Could use makeup mirror, dryer and handicapped bar near toilet. Fan in bathroom...

It always has the same great service. It is usually located near industrial parks. The best availability is on weekends. It has a great breakfast buffet. There is emergency food available at the counter. I have never had a bad experience and I've stayed at Courtyards many times.
It's a very quiet atmosphere. The staff is friendly and never rushed.

I like the room layout. It makes since and is quiet.I dont have a criticism to express. I enjoy staying at this particular hotel and always hope it is the one I am assigned when I book through it. It is my favorite.
