I'm temporarily handicapped. The room, particularly the bathroom, had great access. I wish, however, that all hotels would not require women to stand over the bathroom sink to do their hair and makeup.
My impaired mobility required my having assistance from the staff. They were very accommodating.
I am very likely
to return to the Courtyard Rye.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I left a bag in the room. When called, they said they found the bag and would ship it to me. It never arrived, so I called back and they denied ever seeing the bag. I didn't lose much: a belt, telephone charger and the bag.
I am very likely
to return to the Courtyard Rye.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The Courtyard is very convenient to my client, PepsiCo, and I get the PepsiCo rate. I like the breakfast and the small store to buy snacks. It is also convenient for colleagues from New York City to meet me since the train station is close by.
I am not likely
to return to the Courtyard Rye.
I would not recommend it to friends.
I like the way the room is situated, it's like a home away from home. I dislike that ther is no room service 24hrs. But it's the best place to end up for a romatic nite with the one you love, when you need a little time away from the norm.
