My daughter and I were on a quick overnight trip. The room was very nice, large and comfortably furnished, with good lighting. The extra sink outside the bathroom was very convenient. The heating/air conditioning was extremely easy to understand...

Enjoyed the high level of noise on a thanksgiving holiday night from the Hockey Team that provided a night of unrestful sleep includiing a noise from slamming doors ,yelling kids and parents, no where to be found.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. "Business Center" is nothing more than one computer in the lobby, often tied up. Though not posted, they charge for breakfast buffet, and it wasn't good enough to be free. Need better ventilation in pool--very...
72 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
This Courtyard hotel is exceptionally friendly. We began staying at this hotel when it was under the previous manager and she was terrific. I went back this spring and the service was wonderful, as usual. This is a great hotel.
We are always greeted and made to feel as though we are important to the staff. Every request is heard and the staff makes an effort to meet our needs.
I am very likely
to return to the Courtyard Rochester West/Greece.

The overall appearance and cleanliness of the room made it apparent that a lot of effort was put into creating a comfortable atmosphere in the room. I felt important to be lavished with such treatment.
A mistake was made to our reservation that noone seemed interested in trying to correct. Instead, only excuses were given. Although the rooms were clean, the hotel was loud at night. The breakfast buffet was overpriced for what was available. ...
