I like that some of the staff have gotten to know me and greet me by name. I like that the serving staff have gotten to know me and bring me my regular choice. I really like the new automatic doors, although they are a little too narrow. I would like to see brighter lighting near the bed. I would love to see newer, natural fiber bed linens. I would also prefer stronger water pressure in the shower.
The staff is always knowledgeable and quick to answer questions. They make an effort to call me by name, and welcome me whenever I enter the building. The serving staff at breakfast remembers me, and brings my favorite choices without having to ask what I want.

The hotel is just basic, rather old and the rooms smell musty. The staff is just ok, the bar and the restaurant are the absolute minimum, but the breakfast is quite all right. I would not stay there if it were not right next to the office.
