58 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
A very attractive hotel. The lobby is very inviting---except the reception was cool. Our room is in a very nicely done business contemporary with a great bed and crisp sheets---except it only provided a comfortable place to listen to trains (only yards away, and that is literally) that intermittently thunder by throughout the night. They do have wireless Internet---except not in the rooms (lobby only). Loved having a plug so convenient to the bed for my laptop--except the Internet connection was on the other side of the room . There is a coffee pot and a refrigerator--- no microwave, no restaurant/ room service. . There is a catered buffet in the lobby for breakfast ----except you must pay additional $10.00 per person on top of the already aggressively priced room. There is a room heater/air conditioner ---except theres no thermostat.. The cleaning staff is apologetic and very helpful---no exceptions. We will love visiting Beaverton again---- except we definitely won't be staying here.
