It had a helpful staff and nice accommodations. I was not happy about the refund policy regarding unused meals.

This hotel made me feel respected: They paid attention to my requests.

My family and I enjoyed a very comfortable room at a reasonable price. Courtyard is now our first choice when we visit Pittsburgh and elsewhere.

Overall the stay was satisfying. The location was near shopping and the staff was friendly. It’s a little expensive but worth the money.

I thought the remodeling of the hotel was fantastic and the restaurant's food was delicious! The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but all in all, I had a very pleasant stay.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Courtyard Pittsburgh West Homestead.
