My wife and I stayed at this facility for a total of 7 days. Cleanliness about reproach, staff courteous, breakfast facility & food excellent. Staff very courteous. Beds the most comfortable I've ever encountered. Would recommend this hotel...

Our travel agent had booked and confirmed two handicapped rooms. Upon arrival we were told that the two handicapped rooms were still occupied. We were forced to stay in non handicapped rooms for the nine day stay at the motel. It was very difficult for our handicapped people with a wheelchair and a walker to use the bathroom facilities which were not suited for handicapped people.

I find the Courtyard hotel to always be very good and this was no exception. The access from the freeway was good. There were nearby restaurants and shopping. I had an easy trip from the airport and to the football stadium.

We are always pleased by the Marriot company. Next week we will stay at one in Denver, Colorado. Being that I travel with my daughter and my grandson, we like the inside safety factor. They should advertise that feature. There were no outside rooms.

We travel to Phoenix frequently to visit family. This Courtyard hotel is conveniently located. The staff is friendly, there are restaurants close by and although on the freeway, it is very quiet.
They know that I am a regular customer and treat me with recognition. At the breakfast they respect our ordering choices and do not charge us for special requests. The staff always greets us as if they know us as we walk through the property.

Courtyard by Marriott was great. The only thing I didn't care for were that the beds were smaller than usual. They have a special mattress, but my husband and I usually sleep comfortably on a queen size bed at home, and this was much smaller.
