Horrible
I was charged for a water we did not drink, nor was even in the room. No matter what happens now,I do not trust the hotel or staff.It was charged 5 hours after chkout.and a day before room was cleaned....

When we entered our room, it had been made up but appeared that the prior guest hadn't left. We went back to the desk and were immediately offered another room and were given a coupon for two complementary breakfasts - great...

Other than the little ants in our original room, the whole stay (and especially the resolution of our problem with ants) was at least as good as we have grown to expect of Courtyards.

I feel comfortable there because the room was extremely nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was very relaxed in the lobby and pool area. Sunday brunch was bountiful and delicious.
