I was charged for a water we did not drink, nor was even in the room. No matter what happens now,I do not trust the hotel or staff.It was charged 5 hours after chkout.and a day before room was cleaned....

Other than the little ants in our original room, the whole stay (and especially the resolution of our problem with ants) was at least as good as we have grown to expect of Courtyards.

My only pet peeve with the hotel is the limited number of basic cable channels available. With the availability of satellite and cable, it still surprises me that the TV is limited to about 10 useable channels. I would like to see more channels.
The price was good for the services provided. Such as the free high-speed internet, pool and gym facilities and no-charge toll-free calls. The fee on local calls is reasonable too.
