The hotel offers clean comfortable rooms, some with a balcony. Most rooms are smoke-free and smell refreshingly good. The staff, including housekeeping and maintenance is extremely friendly, kind, thoughtful and helpful. Customer needs are met as quickly as possible. One special outstanding feature of this hotel is its convenience to local restaurant and shopping areas. The hotel setting is quiet and pretty. A great little park and well-lit walking trail is across the street. A wonderful management and desk staff are highlights of the experience, especially if your stay is three or more nights long. They make an effort to get to know you and be available for almost any need.

The desk staff greets all customers with enthusiasm. The general manager takes time from behind the desk and roams the hotel to welcome and ensure customer satisfaction and comfort.

The front desk clerk is an asset to their business. The room was clean and very comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep. We shall return.

We stayed here for our Honeymoon and it was the greatest stay we have ever had at a hotel. The service was great, the desk was great, and the pool and spa were great. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a good, peaceful, comfortable night’s sleep.

I was able to get a room even though originally booked because the person with the reservations did not arrive. It was after 10 PM.

This was a very positive experience--from the time we checked in until we left.

The room was very nice, clean and even had feather pillows. The bed was comfortable…almost as good as home. The sheets were fitted, which kept them from coming off during the night.

The employees were very respectful of us.

The particular type of room I had reserved was overbooked and it took well over 30 minutes to get it resolved. I was very unhappy and will not stay in this particular hotel again.
