My son has a recent stroke and I found that your handicap room was excellent. The room and bathroom was large and accomodating. The bed in the right spot for the wheelchair and walker. The bathroom wss excellent and was really ideal for a handicap person. Keep up the good work...Thanks ..MMB
I am very likely

Horrible
I saw the story on the news the night before but never though it would happen to me. This morning i found that this hotel is apart of the dirty hotel chain that we have seen most publicized lately. I awoke to make coffee in the room this morning...

Good
Family of four - parents, teen and young adult. Our room was spacious, handicap accessible. There were two queen beds and a fold out couch. The room was clean and comfortable, fluffy blankets and pillows. Parking is ample and free. Access to...
Their excellent staff provided my family and guests with a fantastic experience during our stay in Oakland for our son's wedding.
We cannot say enough about the marvelous staff (each and every person with whom we came into contact was more than pleasant, courteous, efficient, and hospitable).
The food and beverage manager went out of his way and over and beyond the call of duty to assist us with an exceptional reception dinner for our guests as well as a brunch on the day following the wedding. Each and every bite of food was superbly prepared and presented. The decor of the rooms each time was wonderful.
Our out of town guests were all treated so well and their respective accommodations so nice they have indicated to us they will only stay at this hotel when they return to the area.
We understand after having a most pleasant conversation with the General Manager, that he and the beverage manager have only been in their present positions at this hotel for five months. It is our sincere hope Marriott is aware of how magnificently they represent the Corporation.
From the desk personnel, to the bar tenders, to the waiters and waitresses, to the housekeeping staff, and those too numerous to mention, we say thank you. Our son's wedding was made so much more special as a result of our having had the good fortune to stay at this hotel.

The room was very relaxing and quiet. But their pool and hot tub had dirt, hair clumps and dead bugs in it.
They didnt have room service at all, the room wasnt worth $214 and their breakfast, which lacked a lot of things, was $30 for two people! They barely had any food left.
Of course, I didnt know how much it would cost until after I ate there. I wouldnt come back here again.
pros: Great serviceI didn't stay IN the hotel, but after my car broke down at 2 am outside, I went inside to get a number for a cab company. The front desk staff were very quick and polite, and called the cab for me, and offered me some coffee. ...
