My son inadvertenly left his new Iphone in the bed when we checked out. When we called back to get it, we were told it wasn't there. I know for a fact it was! A sad way to do customers! None of our family will ever be back!

I stayed here for a company event, and this place is horrible. Customer service, lighting, amenities...it all sucks. And to think you would have to buy your own breakfast fro $12.
If I were you, i would drive down the street and stay at the comfort inn. Don't even try going to Fairfield across the street (it is a marriott hotle too). For the price, i would go someplace else. Seriously, don't stay here, unless you hate you good service.

Do not stay here. After seeing signs warning me not to leave a gps in my car (which says a lot about the area), I had a gps stolen from my room and the hotel was unresponsive to my complaints. Horrible customer service and be wary.

We stayed at the Wallingford Courtyard a couple of months ago, and came back a second time for the comfortable beds! Clean linens, plentiful pillows, and nice, spacious rooms with free internet access. A pretty good breakfast buffet in the mornings ...

It's conveniently located and has all the basic amenities you'd expect from a Courtyard. The buffet breakfast was a disappointment. (There was not much food and some of it was cold.)
