Okay
This hotel is fairly convenient to Vanderbilt University (3 blocks away) but fairly run down. The rooms were okay but I expect much more out of Marriott Courtyard. The price is fairly expensive for what you get but all hotels in that area are pretty ...

This hotel is great and their location is even better. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Rooms very comfortable and staff is excellent! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is perfect for Vanderbilt University and downtown. The staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend it. It is good value for the price.

Clean, great staff(almost too friendly at times, considering me hangover). Free shuttle bus was a big plus during the CMA Music Festival. Saved me 6 bucks on a cab when off for some music & beers.
