I just booked a room with their call center, for the stay & park promo, where you pay $189 for the night before your cruise, and you get breakfast in the morning, and you can park your car there for your cruise, and you get dropped off at the port, and they pick you up after your port and bring you back to your car. Good thing I came to this website immediately afterwards to check the reveiws. I read a previous guest's experience, of being told the same thing, and but still having to pay to park their car an extra $15 a night. WELL. Good thing I did, because I called the hotel directly, and they said, No, you have to pay $15 per day to park. The only thing the room rate includes is breakfast the next day and transportation to the port in the morning. Done. Nothing else.
I told them that their call center is selling services they dont offer and I cancelled my reservation. Thank you Travelpost!

We booked our stay with the Courtyard over the phone with who I thought was someone from the courtyard. It turned out to be a booking company that didn't know all the rules. I wanted to find a hotal near the port of Miami because we where going on a cruise the next day and we are 10 hours away from Miami I was told by the person on the phone that if we stayed with the Courtyard we could park our car there for a little more a night because the port charges 20 dollars a day. I told them I was looking for a cheeper place to park, I was told I could leave my car there and there would be NO charge other that the charge of the room and we would get free shuttle survice to the port and back. We get to Miami 12 hours later and we find not only do we have to pay to leave our car there 15 dollars a night more but we aloso had to pay to park our car there for the night 15 dollars even if we don't leave it for the week. and that I could only use the shuttle for one way and for only two people and I had my childern with me that it would cast me extra for them to ride the shuttle over with me. Then I was told that would have to call a taxi to bring me back to the hotel when we got back from our cruise to get our car. so I ended up staying at the Courtyard that night paying for the parking for one night that I stayed there anyway and paided 80 more dollars to the port where the cruise was. When asked why I was told that I could park and get free shuttle to the port they said the booking service must have made a error, and that they where sorry. By the way I paid for a package called stay and cruise and I got nothing but a stay and had to pay that night 15 dollars to keep my car on there lot.

I'm a big fan of Courtyard Marriotts and if you are too, I recommend this one. This hotel is clean, and nearly everything is nice and new. The staff are all kind and accommodating. It's in the downtown business area, so is you're here for business,
My experience was ok. I arrived at 6:30pm and the room was still not ready. After waiting, they put me in a room with a king bed, which was very awkward as I was traveling with a friend. I asked why we could not be given a room with double beds...
