The room.Staff not too friendly. I got a bad impression when the staff told me that it was up to the hotel to offer two beds per room or not. I felt that I did not need to know that. I did not feel very welcomed. But the rooms came with a pull out...

Great location in the middle of the east la metro.Lack of close by restaurants. Very well managed property. Staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful. I've stayed here at a least four times over the past 15 years and it has always been a pleasure....

Free internet, sofa bed, sinks and mirror outside the bathroom.The elevator was hard to find, no vents in the bathroom. It was excellent, very clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful.

It was nicer than I expected for the price.They do not have free breakfast. This is an affordable hotel in a nice location. If they had free breakfast & newspapers, I would probably prefer them to Hampton inn, but due to those 2 items they fall...
