36 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The service was OK until the next morning, when we found our vehicle vandalized. This hotel does not have security. When I asked to speak to the manager, the clerk was not helpful at all. The manager was not working that day. I asked to call the police, and the clerk didn't know what number to dial.
They were very rude towards us and were not helpful at all. We started searching the vehicle and found grass and mulch in our truck, the same debris found in the courtyard. We also found the batteries to my daughters CD player hidden in a worker’s box under the towels, also in the box were gloves and a heavy metal bar. We know that this must have been an inside job.
