First time we have ever stayed at any hotel where we had no complaints at all. Service was so great that the extra towels we requested, made it to the room before we did. Room was clean, quiet and very convenient to where we could park. Coffee was always available when we went to the lobby and a newspaper was supplied. Our party had 3 separate rooms and no one had a complaint. We found a promotion code on the web that made the room a real value. It even ended up being located very near the party we were attending and close to restaurants, major highways and shopping.

The location of this hotel is perfect, just off of Interstate 435. It is very easy to get to and has friendly staff. I was staying with a quadriplegic friend and this is one of the few hotels where there is a room with a roll-in shower.

It was a nice hotel. I wish it had wireless internet service! I brought my PDA and the hotel only had a wired connection.

I had to wait over twenty minutes to be checked in. The reservation was wrong, they had me under a different last name, and at first she was kind of rude about it. The room had a hide away bed in the love seat but there were no sheets. This is where my son was to sleep.

The price was really good for that area of Kansas City.

Their front desk service level was acceptable. They had cold beer in the shop. Their beds and linens were also acceptable, as well as their attendant service.

I love the location and the Courtyard by Marriott hotels are always nice. The only problem we encountered was a less than comfortable bed. This was unfortunate as I believe it was new.

We were greeted warmly and we were treated as honored guests.
