Very nice, secure accommodations. Located near Kirby and US59. Easy to access the Museum District, Galleria, and Downtown. Thought breakfast was a bit expensive. They charge for both continental and full breakfast.

The front desk clerk.Stained linen for pullout bed. Good location for Rice University. Clean comfortable, everything worked. Location a little hard to find, but made for quieter rooms (a little off freeway).

Nice to have refrigerator in room and free coffee and fruit in lobby.Work out area too small. Overall good value. Near a nice shops on Kirby Rd. Easy on /off US 59. Service exceeded quality of rooms which were adequate to good.
