Horrible
I am glad for the people that actually can stay in this hotel, I could not even make a reservation. I called the first time asking about rates under the Budget Travelers Advantege Program (this hotel is in their book) and the person in reservations...
22 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
The service was excellent. There was a small problem with the room we were in the first night and the management not only moved us to the room we had booked but even upgraded our room for the rest of our stay and gave us the original price. I would definitely stay there again.
The facilities were very nice even though parts of the hotel were under construction and renovation. When we had family over for Christmas it felt good to have space for them to relax as well.
I am very likely
to return to the Courtyard Greenville-Spartanburg Airport.

I was very happy with this hotel. It was clean, in a good location, and reasonably priced. There was nothing extrordinary about it, but suited me well.

They had some kind of weekend retreat going on the same time we were there. I think whoever charged the extra night's 'no show' thought we were part of that group when we checked-in (we were actually attending a college reunion instead).
They resolved problems quickly. When we had breakfast before leaving, they found the way to get it and put it properly on our room bill. After we got home and discovered they had mistakenly charged two nights instead of one, the manager fixed the problem for us.
