Hotel is in a great location, well kept, very clean and staff was extremely friendly from the shuttle driver to the front desk clerk to the breakfast staff - would definately stay here again...

Horrible
Everything in room was outdated except for linens. Laout of room is great, but everything else was bad. It was a Cincy Reds game that weekend so hotel was packed in am for breakfast. Breakfast bar was empty both mornings. Wasn't stocked very...
66 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel is in a good location. I was there for a wedding. It's a little out of the way -- off the interstate. I was comfortable with the expected service and cleanliness.

to return to the Courtyard Florence Greater Cincinnati Area.
