33 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Stayed at this hotel at least 15 times this year. Great location. Rooms are nice. Gym is awesome. Restaurant and Room Service are Horrible. Menu is Bad and Service Time is Worse.
Checked in and had someone elses dirty socks under my bed. The drinking glasses in the room were visibly dirty. The valet lost my car keys. I can not find anything good to say about my stay.

50 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I checked in just fine at the front desk, but my first night there, around midnight, they called my room to see if it was occupied. Apparently the girl at the desk did not enter me into the system. The next day I was locked out of my room, as again, they had entered me as having stayed there only one night.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Courtyard Detroit Downtown.
I might recommend it to friends.
