Tired hotel but friendly staff. Located near Restaurant Row between downtown Dallas and DFW Airport, this Courtyard is one of many that caters to business travelers. Unfortunately, the rooms are tired and the beds are not very comfortable. When I examined the mattress, it was foam, not spring. The fitness center was actually a room with dated equipment and little ventilation. I know the hotel was in the process of remodeling [...]. On the positive side, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a good value.

The most frustrating aspect was the fact that the hotel commercial on the television ran constantly telling me about all the great things about Courtyard, none of which were available at this property. Such as, thicker bedding, upgraded bathrooms, and an on-property store.

On the bright side, Courtyards are reliable and pretty bullet-proof. The staff was great.

If you do stay here, do not order room service.

The location is close to my client site, the airport and restaurants. They provide consistent quality service and they have easy reservations process.

I was really happy with my stay. The only problem I had was with the vending machines, but when I went to the front desk they gave me a couple sodas since the machines ate my money.

Had to change rooms due to poor a/c, turns out a/c just plain inadequate in both. Small 19" TVs, prison-roll mattress (slab of foam wrapped in material on box springs). Helpful/apologetic staff. No wireless in rooms. There are better options in this ...

I enjoyed my stay. There were no linens on the sofa bed but after calling to report this to the front desk I had linen within ten minutes.

They acknowledged me every time they saw me.

I enjoyed the excellent service, courteous reception, and very clean room.

I try to stay here because I am always impressed by the quality and care afforded by the staff. They consistently go above and beyond to look after any need I have ever expressed, on the bounce, and with a grin. Wherever they find their people - they should keep it up!

I liked the fact that I was able to redeem points to stay there for free. The hotel was clean, and the location was near the facility I was visiting. The breakfast service was very good and well worth the price. My wife enjoyed the sap/sauna area, and the service was all that we expected, with no problems encountered.
