50 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
This is a convention hotel and the staff and facilities were ready for one hundred percent occupancy. Every facet, the service, restaurant, and room, met or exceeded our expectations. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and willing to please. The facilities were very good except that the pool was dirty on the day I went for a swim. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.
The staff was friendly at check in and in their answers to all of our questions. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. When there was a crowd at the restaurant, they apologized and made arrangements to seat us as soon as possible. They made us feel important.
I am very likely
to return to the Courtyard Dallas Market Center.

The hotel was well maintained and very clean and comfortable. The service was very good, the employees were knowledgeable. The location was close enough to downtown to be convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
