Excellent
Great room service, maid service, friendly front desk.I expected a little more from the "refurbished" description. Finally, a hotel where the air conditioner works on the top floor when it's hot outside! Polite and helpful front desk people....

Excellent
Quiet, nice staff, clean room.A little bit too far away from Disneyland. We liked it, the staff was nice. Wish I could have stayed a little longer. We were only there about 4 or 5 hours then we had to catch a really early flight.
Courteous staff, enjoyed dining facilities, heated clean pool.Repeated failure of the 2nd of two keys to open doors, new keys issued four times. Very pleased with our stay, the staff was very accommodating in making changes to our accommodations....

The weekend rate was excellent. The hotel is not crowded then either. It has easy access to all the major freeways.
After check in the front desk called my room to make sure that all was well with my accommodations. This extra step was not necessary, but appreciated and made me feel like I was in a first class hotel.

The reservations and the front desk staff were very helpful, providing excellent information on location and proximity to resort areas. The restaurant employees went out of their way to accommodate our large party at breakfast. The price was excellent, and the location was safe.
The suite provided an ample room for my party. The desk was useful for laying out maps and creating travel routes.

Horrible
they belong on the Avis commercial, where they dont care. Just witnessing the way they treat people is a reflection of their management which is a poor example of Marriott and the Marriott name! Garry Liss should be ashamed of himself! to fix...
