Good
I recently tried the Courtyard after staying at various other hotels in the area. I was really impressed by the comfort of the room and the helpfulness of the staff. A great value in the area.
58 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
This place is under renovation. The registration place is in a different area from when we went before. There was stuff all over the place, rugs to trip on and mats rolled up so I almost tripped and fell. There were rugs and a cardboard all over the front driveway. We are seniors. We had a terrible time checking in and finding a lift to our floor. The doors were freshly painted and paint got on our clothes. I love the place but not this visit.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Courtyard Concord.
I might recommend it to friends.

I've stayed in other properties in the area and Courtyard Marriott is by far the best hotel right off the highway. I had the best night's sleep and the employees were...
Hotel was brand new after renovation. Staff was amazing, place was incredibly clean, food in restaurant was great. Bartender at bar was friendly and extremely helpfull. By far best hotel in the area.

I liked the good value, nice rooms and amenities. The hotel has a good restaurant. But I would have liked a free continental breakfast provided as other chains in the area do.
When my daughter became ill, the staff was very helpful.

to return to the Courtyard Concord.
