Staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. Room was very clean. The bed's weren't as comfortable as Hampton Inn's, but Hampton beds are unusually new. These beds were fine -- no complaints for what I paid. Cab fare to airport was a mere $5...

I was very impressed with the renovations that had been done to this old building. It was plush, upscale, and beautiful. The beds were excellent. I would love to have the linens on the bed at our own home. It’s luxurious to say the least.
I loved the atmosphere and our room, and the location was amazing. We walked to everything we needed to do.

Our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel was outstanding. The employees were so unbelievable in their friendliness and desire to help the guests in any way possible. They were polite and seemed to truly want everyone to walk away with a smile.
The staff treated the guests as actual guests, not customers. They were very genuine people!

This hotel had the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at any hotel. I had a problem with my air conditioner and they fixed it while I was gone the day I asked them to. The bed was very comfortable. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great because it is beside the mall and a movie theater. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and have already recommended it to two co-workers going there for business and both also elected to stay there.
