This hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and well kept up. Coffee and tea was available in the lobby (coffee in the room also), so it was easy to grab a cup on the way out. Another...
Wonderful staff, the management went out of their way to welcome all the wedding guests staying for the weekend. The hotel is clean, the rooms are very nice with great beds and free internet access. We requested and received a microwave and fridge. The breakfast buffet is very nice and plentiful with a good variety. The hotel is also in a very pretty section of Colorado Springs. Bennigan's and Romano's Macaroni Grill are right next door within walking distance. The pool and hot tub area are clean, the pool not overly heated which we like.

The rooms were not booked as requested. I had requested one suite with two bedrooms. The bathroom had not been cleaned prior to arrival and the temperature control did not affect the bedrooms, only the living space in between. A request for a new room was completed, but the front desk moved us to a new room, but it was being billed to another name. Upon check out, the front desk thought we were in a different room.
I am not likely
to return to the Courtyard Colorado Springs South.
I might recommend it to friends.
