My family (10 people) stayed here for my son's graduation at the Great Lakes Naval Station. I made my reservations directly with an employee at the hotel and was told that they had "hot breakfasts each morning". This was true but what I wasn't...
The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean. Close to shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle service to and from the Great Lakes Naval Base was available for a small fee. My family would definitely stay here...

I travel to Waukegan from Europe twice a month to go to Abbott and I always stay at the Courtyard. The staff is very knowledgable and professional unlike most hotels in the area. The hotel is very clean and modern - not "cheap" feeling like most...

Their staff was great, the hotel was beautiful with marble floors throughout, and the beds were very luxurious for a hotel. It was extremely clean and the staff was just great. The hotel was just renovated, and is very modern and very nice.
