Very comfortable bed! Clean...however the customer service is horrible. The maid left our room open all day after cleaning it ...even though nothing was missing from the room.. all the desk clerk could say was" Oh, someone else reported that as...

It was conveniently located to the interstate, restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The hotel is smoke free, that is a pro or a con depending if you smoke or not.

I was able to check in early without any problems. The room was very clean and neat upon getting to it. Downfall is they don't have elevators but they are more than willing to assist you with luggage if needed. Location is great. Just off I-75...

The buffet breakfast was okay but too expensive for what was available. There was a noticeable amount of food on the floor. All in all though, the stay was good.

Everything was sensibly laid out in the hotel design. I did not need to know multiple codes or get permission to make use of the facilities. I had easy access to any and all transportation I needed to get wherever I wanted to go in Chattanooga.
With three young children and lots of luggage, we were frustrated that the hotel did not have an elevator. Although the climb up was only one flight of stairs, it can be challenging with three kids and three pieces of luggage. If we had known, we...
