This hotel is idea! Very nicely kept. Great value for the price. In downtown Charlottesville with quick walks to the UVA campus, the downtown Mall and lots of eateries. Clean rooms. Free, gated parking. Cafe on-site. Friendly and helpful staff....
30 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Practicality is the very basis of my selection of these hotels. You always get what you pay for and know exactly what to expect. It is a reasonable nice and comfortable hotel for a low price. Other places might be cheaper, but you never know for certain if they will be clean and comfortable. The Courtyard hotel always is.

The hotel is in a convenient location. The rooms are distinctly average. They have limited hours at the restaurant -- not great if your plane arrives late.
