A good spot for some – Posted Aug 08, 2008

Okay
46 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

Great location for use of the T and for access to local restaurants. About a 20 minute ride on the T Green line to get to downtown Boston. Close access to Fenway- about a 20 minute walk or short ride on the T. The bed was lumpy and a bit too soft for us. We prefer the firm mattresses at the Hyatt. Free wi-fi in the room. Only one washer and dryer for the entire hotel. Had to compete with several other people for its use. So, it depends what you are looking for. The staff was indifferent, not good or bad.

Courtyard Marriott offers free wifi in the lobby. The lobby is very clean and modern. They have complimentary coffee in the lobby. The Courtyard Marriott is very conveniently located to coolidge corner where there are tons of shops and restaurants. The T stop is across the street where you can take it into Boston. You can pretty much walk or take the T to all main attractions. You don't need a car unless you want to get out of the city.
