The room was dark, and their service was sketchy. I’m still waiting for them to e-mail a final bill. Their system was down when I leaving, and the bill they gave me was very mixed up.

Stayed here with three children - staff was very friendly and never acted like children were an imposition. Clean - well kept rooms - beautiful lobby with waiting lounge - kids welcome in pool - not much in immediate area, but staff gave printed...

The doors were very thick and required a key to access. There was a smoke problem with the kitchens during my stay that required fire engines, and the staff was very prompt in informing the guests and making sure that everyone was safe.
