They gave us a half drank bottle of free wine when they disappointed us.The phone rang every 20 minutes from 6am-noon. It was ridiculous. Overall this hotel was disappointing. First when we arrived only the heat worked in our room and it was 80...
From the welcome at the front door to the room service, the service was outstanding. The rooms were sparkling, comfortable, the amenities excellent. It is my favorite Marriott to date, and I stay almost exclusively in them!
