The staff was exceptionally helpful.The TV volume was broken. I have stayed here twice now and hopefully will be staying there next season when I return to Annapolis. I highly recommend the place as it is both affordable and convenient. But also...

High-end furnishings.The bed is too lumpy and soft. This hotel was located in the heart of Annapolis just minutes from shopping, restaurants and the historic waterfront. The hotel had a beautiful lobby, indoor pool and guest rooms.

Mediocre
The staff was friendly and helpful.The room was flea infested. Because of the fleas, we had a bad experience. I think we should get compensated for the inconvenience of packing up and switching rooms.

Excellent
It was clean, well run and had a pool and exercise room.Room had a slight odor of cig. Smoke. Nice clean, well run hotel. Not too close to Naval Academy, but convenient access to highways.
