They had a friendly and quick reception. The bed was more comfortable than I expected. We were only there for one night, but we will stay again when we return to Ann Arbor.
The room was away from the main lobby. The parking lot was well lighted and the room had three locks.

I had a little trouble finding it, but it was worth the effort. It was a beautiful hotel with large, well-appointed, and nicely decorated rooms. The restroom was immaculate. The front desk staff was very helpful in finding me a pizza for supper! The setting of the hotel was lovely and the staff was very friendly. I hope to stay there again soon.
I was greeted as I walked in the front door by a very friendly desk attendant. He was quite familiar with the process of booking and took care of the check-in quickly and efficiently. When I called to ask about getting a pizza, the attendant recommended a near-by pizzeria, and even looked up the number for me. He was also quite helpful in helping me attempt to resolve a car problem I was having.

It’s difficult to locate, but worth the effort! The hotel setting was lovely, extremely clean, and beautifully decorated. The front desk attendant was very helpful.
I was greeted as soon as I entered the front door. The front desk staff was very courteous in replying to a request for dining delivery information.

Recent family stay. My three kids really enjoyed the pool. Location next to mall and plenty of chain restaurants very handy. Close commute to the University of Michigan. We stayed in a king suite with hide a bed and extra cot and we all fit...
