Staff was very pleasant and willing to help in any way. Housekeeping was very cooperative as we stayed 6 days. The continental breakfast was great, even exceeding "continental" because they often had biscuits/gravy, sausage, bacon, eggs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Champaign area.
Just an average hotel. The front desk person the night of check in was awful. Didn't even come to the desk when we stopped back down for restaurant suggestions, but talked to us from another room!! Jacuzzi was out of commission. Breakfast was blah. Not the usual array of choices. Are they trying to save $$? Will not stay here again.

42 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This was one of the best hotels that I have stayed at in a long time. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Lynn in breakfast was the best. She offered to help us when our hands where full and my son was running wild. Thank you Country Inn

This hotel was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the check out time gave you plenty of time to sleep in if that's what you like.
There were a couple of things that most people assume about staying in a hotel that were just inconvienently missing from this one. First of all we were not allowed to check in early. Second, there is only 1 ice machine in the entire hotel...
I will never stay here again!!!!!

Horrible
I have been a continuing customer at the Country Inns and Suites in Champaign, Illinois for the past several months. I attend meetings for the State and our regional meetings are held in this area. I made a reservations for a future meeting and...
57 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The service was ok. The front desk was good. The exercise romm was not open. The pool could be bigger and warmer and not enough towels. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Could have fridge and microwave in rooms. Would consider going back again.
