I was extremely satisfied with how the front desk handled the unruly guest in the room next door. When they would not quiet down, we were immediately moved and given a room upgrade. It was a very professional handling of the situation by the staff. I am impressed.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The way they handled things put me at ease.

I am very likely to return to the Country Inn and Suites Rock Falls.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The ease of checking in was good, when they found that they had us down for one day over they gave us an immediate refund, I was really shocked and pleased.

I am very likely to return to the Country Inn and Suites Rock Falls.

The staff needs to be more friendly.
