Rooms are cramped, dusty and dirty. There was so much dust on the TV cabinet that it looked like it was never cleaned. Housekeeping did not show up until 4pm on two seperate days.
The bathroom fixtures are stained and dirty. The smallest towels I have ever seen in my life. Absoultly no storage space once you are in the room, 2 adults and a toddler had to live out of suitcases for a 5 night stay.
Outdoor pool was fridgid and the indoor pools were cloudy and had far too much clorine in them. The breakfast area was cramped, the selection was poor.
The elevator sounded like it could go crashing at any moment.
I would never stay at this location again. I stayed in Louisville chain of this same hotel and the difference was night and day.

Excellent
We stayed in a beautiful king/jucuzzi room. The room was clean and the jacuzzi was a welcomed treat after a long day of shopping. The staff was very friendly. The pool was nice, but we couldn't stay long. We have 3 kids under 3. We tried to swim...

Okay
Rooms not clean (bring your own supplies)...front desk (night clerk), not very friendly, wanted to jump in the hot tub for a couple of minutes...denied, or 'encouraged' not to, since it was too close to midnight (that's when it closes), but could...

Good
Our stay was only only 4 nights and we found the hotel staff very helpful, the room comfortable, and the location central to our activities. I can't complaine about the price either.

We have been vacationing in Pigeon Forge for years. This is also not the first time we had stayed in a Country Inn and Suites. We chose this hotel because we had had excellent stays at this chain in the past.
The hotel looked shabby, public computers were an outrageous fee, breakfast was bad and the room was beyond words! I unfortunately do not have a copy of the complaint I sent to the corporate office but they thought it was bad enough to send us a coupon for a free night. We won't be using it here!
We heard multiple other guests talking about how bad it was. There was something on my bed that looked like it had been "left behind" from a dog's behind. If you ever stay here, although I would never wish it on anyone, look on top of the TV cabinet, I left a date in the dust behind in our room. We have stayed at another hotel in Pigeon Forge owned by Great Smoky Mountain Resorts, who own this franchise and it was bad as well.

Its in a fair location to the attractions. There was a poor breakfast selection and a cramped breakfast area. The property needs to be renovated. I would not stay there again.
I am not likely
to return to the Country Inn & Suites Pigeon Forge.
I would not recommend it to friends.
