This hotel was nice a very clean. The front desk staff was courteous and very helpful. I was on a one week vacation and I had reserved a room with 4 hotels via the internet. When I arrived in Orlando, I was disappointed with all of them and I thought my vacation would be ruined until I came upon Country Inn and Suites, by mistake. It was the best mistake I made on this vacation. I've stayed in other Country Inn and Suites in NC and have always been pleased with their service. Only Country Inn and Suites for me and my family in the future no matter what city I'm visiting or vacationing in.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The desk attendants were two of the most pleasant girls that we have ever come in contact with while traveling. They were what I would hope to meet every time I check into a hotel. They were so very helpful when it came to directions, places to eat, etc.

Their hotels are beautifully furnished. They have exercise rooms, pools, a beautifully decorated lobby, and a nice breakfast area; all the things you would expect at a much pricier hotel.
This hotel made me feel pampered: I had the best continental breakfast ever.

Country Inn and Suites are nice hotels for the money. We prefer to stay at this 'chain' while traveling and find that every Country Inn we stay in is clean and has friendly staff. It's a preferred choice for us.
This hotel made me feel secure: The building had a door that locked behind you and you had to use a room key for entry after certain hours. There were lots of staff on duty in the hotel lobby. The experience was good.

The lobby was in a shambles, the fake wood floor buckled and upon entering, I would trip. Please fix the floors.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The employees were extremely friendly. They seemed like they were going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were so impressed that we joined their frequent guests program and don't plan to stay anywhere else.
