Country Inn and Suites Kissimmee Hotel

This hotel was quite large with seven floors or so of rooms. It has two pools which it shares with the hotel next door with a bar in the pool area. It sits about five miles from the nearest Disney World Park. Its prices are about average for this tourist area and the rooms are fairly comfortable. We were staying in a two-room suite. We had our two youngest kids with us, ages eleven and thirteen. We rented a car to get back and forth to the parks but they do offer a shuttle from this hotel once or twice a day to the parks. We had a problem at check-in where they didn't have the room prepared that we signed up, and paid, for. After a discussion with the hotel's general manager, they agreed to give us the room we originally requested and agreed not to charge us an up charge for the bigger room that was left and agreed not to charge for the roll-away bed needed also! Once past these issues the rest of the ten days we stayed there were without incident and nice and relaxing. They have a very nice continental breakfast every morning and I would recommend this location highly.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: This location was very quiet and the rooms were quite comfortable. The air conditioning in the building and the room worked very well and you could easily lie down and rest when you needed to.

It was a good overall experience. It was a little difficult to find. The driving instructions and map should be more detailed. It was a great stay with a friendly staff.

This hotel made me feel important: After giving my name at check in the Guest Service Agent used my name properly. She then informed us of all the features of the hotel.

I always stay at their motels.

It was convenient and the pick-up at the airport was most helpful.

Everything was great during my stay at this inn.
