Country Inn and Suites Charlotte Hotel

Went to the Charlotte Verizon Amphitheater for a concert, which was about 2 miles from the hotel-superb location. Traveled with husband and 4 teen girls. Rented a 2 bed/2 bath suite which was perfect for us. These units were separate from the main building, which over looked a beautiful pond and dock. Living room separated bedrooms and had 2 entrance doors, one into the main living room and the other into the 2nd bedroom, great for the girls going in/out. Layout of the facility was convenient, easy to get where you needed to go. The dining room looked over the pool area and the food was better than expect to be. Very pleasant visit, I would go back and recommend it.

The location of the hotel was just what I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I did not like that they put us in a smoking room.

I didn't like that the room had a musty smell.

I was very well taken care of, the housekeeping staff was very pleasant and the morning continental breakfast was more than expected. The hotel is a great place to stay.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was very polite and they accommodated me for my odd schedule.
